Logo’s newest reality television show, “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” features nine contestants competing for the title of America’s Next Drag Queen Superstar, hosted by drag queen celebrity RuPaul.
In the show’s first episode “Drag on a Dime,” the competing drag queens posed for a car wash photo shoot and created outfits, using thrift-store materials.
In, what looked like a soft-glowing/blurrier version of “America’s Next Top Model,” the contestants faced the judges, strutting their stuff on a small catwalk.
The bottom-two drag queens then had a lip-synch showdown to RuPaul’s song “Supermodel (You Better Work),” in which contestant Victoria “Pork Chop” Parker was defeated and made to sashay away from the competition.
“RuPaul’s Drag Race” airs on Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on Logo.
